Beautiful 75 year old home. One of the first homes in Playas del Coco. A lot of charm to this home including the ocean breeze and the smell of salt air. It is a lovely breezy home that never makes you want AC! It is not hot! This house stays cool all day long. Fans are located in the upstairs living room and all bedrooms. Two full bathroom. Five beds. Sleeps 6. Four twin beds and the master has a Queen bed.
The upstairs living area has a TV. Wifi throughout the entire home. Gated home with ample parking. It comes with a Costa Rican style breakfast and daily maid service.
