Centrally located close to the beach and town by walking plus being located on the first floor makes for a perfect vacation. Great for couples, small families and virtual workers. You can get around town perfectly with a bike, golf cart or walking. Gyms, restaurants and grocery stores are all close. This is a spacious studio with a television in the living area and also the bedroom area. There is an outside back private living area and a front terrace that overlooks the pool.
The Space
There is a kitchen and dining area. The laundry is shared but on the premise close to the condo. We offer one complimentary laundry service. There is parking out front as well as a gated fence and locked walking gate with night guard service. There are places located for bikes as well. In the center of the complex sits a very large relaxing pool to enjoy surrounded by lounge chairs. The front bedroom has cable/tv and the bedroom tv has internet tv with Netflix and many other options with the Amazon Firestick. It is perfect for long term, working virtual(strong internet) or short vacation stays.

Parking is easy with the added parking spaces. You can walk, take a taxi, cycle or rent a car or golf cart. We have many options. You are also very close to the bus stops.
